TC2000 has been refining one job since the 1990s: scan thousands of U.S. stocks in real time and sort them by any condition you can describe. The condition wizard and Personal Criteria Formulas let you build complex scans without learning a scripting language, and the traders who use it daily describe the speed as the reason they stay. Signal quality scores 17 because the scans return what the market is doing right now, and transparency scores 16 because pricing, plan contents and refund terms are all published plainly on the vendor's own pages.
The Watch-Out
Usability is the honest weak spot at 12. The interface takes real time to learn, several long-term users say the charting trails the scanning, and the platform covers U.S. stocks and options only: no futures, no crypto, no international equities. Real-time scanning also starts at the Premium tier, so the $24.99 Basic plan does not include the feature most people come for. There is no native iPhone app today; the vendor lists one as coming soon.

TC2000 splits that difference with the condition wizard: you describe the setup step by step and the formula writes itself. The honest caveat is that the rest of the platform still takes weeks to feel at home in, so budget learning time even though the scan builder itself is friendly.
